'Poured' cake with cheese and raisins

Because the new purchase for my kitchen is a yena tray, I said that it is not worth the poor woman to sit alone in the closet, so I put it to work to see if it is worth the money ...... honestly ... take it worth it with a tip and thick!

  • 3 eggs
  • 13 lg sugar
  • 13 lg oil
  • 13 lg milk
  • 16 lg flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • salt
  • sugar and vanilla essence
  • Cheese filling:
  • 500-600 g cow's cheese
  • 100 g raisins
  • 4 eggs
  • essence and vanilla sugar
  • 2 lg gray

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION 'Molded' cake with cheese and raisins:

-eggs are mixed with sugar and salt until they double in volume

- add in a thin thread, continuously mixing the oil, then the milk

-mix the baking powder in the flour and add it with a spoon in the composition. 1/2 of the composition will be poured into the tray, put it in the oven until it hardens a little,

- Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing all the above ingredients

- the filling is poured over the hot countertop and on top the other 1/2 of the dough is uniform

-Bake until nicely browned.
